Thanks to James Jacobs and Shinjoung Yeo, a video of my October 19th talk at Stanford is now available at http://www.archive.org/details/KarlFogel_chalktalk.

It's about 90 minutes, including the question-and-answer session after the presentation. The audience members' backgrounds were in library science, computer science, publishing, and law, so the Q&A was particularly good in this talk.
